Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund (PCPF)

I have been Chairman of the Trustees of the PCPF since 2001 and a Trustee since 1997.

The pension scheme for MPs was first introduced in 1965.  The present scheme (the PCPF) is governed by legislation made under the Parliamentary and Other Pensions Act 1987.

The PCPF is administered by the Pensions Unit of the Department of Finance and Administration.
