BOURNEMOUTH WEST M.P. MEETS NHS LEADERS
Bournemouth West M.P., Sir John Butterfill, together with Christchurch M.P., Christopher Chope, had a meeting on Friday (12th January), with Tony Spotswood, Chief Executive of the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, followed by a meeting with Mrs Debbie Fleming, Chief Executive of the Bournemouth and Poole Primary Care Trust.
They were briefed in some detail about the financial position and future proposals for the hospital and about changes likely to take place in relation to the treatment of urology within the East Dorset conurbation.
John said: “We were very happy with the briefings that we were given and are pleased to report that we feel that the NHS service in the East Dorset conurbation is in very good hands. We are fortunate to have such able leaders of our hospital and PCT”.
