KINSON PRIMARY SCHOOL

Sir John Butterfill, visited Kinson Primary School on the 6th July, together with Deputy Mayoress, Barbara Johnson, where they met members of staff and officers from the Bournemouth Borough Council to discuss the need to raise funds to create small garden areas in the grounds of the school to assist in teaching pupils about plants, gardening and horticulture. 

There are one or two very neglected areas around the school and it is proposed to set up a fund to raise money for this very worthwhile cause.  Chris Evans from the Chelsea Flower Show is also lending his support.  John said he was delighted to support this venture.
